If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at

hello@houseofvivify.com with your order details.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Items that are used, damaged, or returned after 14 days may not be eligible.
